Nancy Hertzfeld has worked in Manhattan real estate since 1999. She has earned the respect of her peers and customers for her energy and efforts in meeting their needs.

Her range and dept of experience in the real estate market comes from her strong background in her career as an architect, which was her passion for 20 years prior to entering the real estate business.

Her past design exposure to both the residential and commercial real estate arenas enables her to work with developers and investors as well as with individual buyers and sellers. Nancy understands space and the importance of finding the right environment for each individual’s needs. Her ability to analyze and interpret floor plans and her knowledge of New York buildings is an asset to her customers.

Originally from Philadelphia, Nancy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Architecture. She later augmented her education with a graduate degree in Architecture from the Universita di Firenze, Italy.
