Jessica Bayes Lippman

After nearly a decade as a teacher at PS 75, Jessica Lippman decided to pursue her love of real estate and joined Gumley Haft Kleier. She graduated Indiana University with a BS in Marketing and International Business. As an undergraduate she studied abroad in Florence, Italy, and got to explore areas of Photography, Art History and Architecture. Then she pursued a Masters Degree in Education, and graduated cum laude from Hunter College.

Ten years ago, she married her high school sweetheart who attended Cornell University and received his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Currently, she and her family, including two small children reside on the Upper East Side.

Jessica supports a variety of children’s charities, including the Children’s Museum of the East End, Project Back Pack, The Shalva Organization and Save the Children.

Jessica was transformed into a real estate junky after the long and exhausting search for the right space for her and her family. She was both fascinated and smitten with real estate and decided to change her career. Now this passion for real estate, her memory of apartments and buildings, and their locations will provide great insight for both the buyer and the seller. In addition, Jessica has always loved to make the most of any given space, thanks to her gift of spatial relationships. With all these qualities, it should be an easy and enjoyable transition for her. In fact, it is what will make her a great broker.
