Stephanie Balint spent 15 years in television and film production before pursuing her passion of selling real estate.  Prior to joining Gumley Haft Kleier, Stephanie founded her own company called Greenroom which provided celebrities upscale lounge furnishings for parties and events.  Stephanie’s exceptional design skills, coupled with her extensive knowledge of the market will help her customers choose the ideal residence.  Highly organized and diligent, Stephanie knows that finding a home is an intensely personal decision and her clients will appreciate her empathy, honesty and patience.

Stephanie resides on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with her husband and daughter.
